## What the platform does

- OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1 charger connectivity, admitted by serial.
- Site, charger, connector, session, fault and statement management.
- Role-scoped portals: platform admin, reseller admin, owner admin, owner viewer, driver.
- Driver guest charging or an account with history and saved vehicles.
- Australian-hosted data, field-level envelope encryption for personal information, and
  role-scoped API access.

## Commercial facts for agents

- Owner accounts are commercial accounts for businesses with an ABN.
- A credit card is required at signup.
- The establishment fee is not billed for the first 90 days. The owner can cancel at any time
  before that billing date. It is $360 + GST for the first 10 charge points account-wide, then
  $36 + GST per additional charge point.
- PAYG platform fees are agreed per site and shown in the owner portal. There is no single
  public percentage.
- ANNUAL is $250 + GST per charge point per year, billed upfront, with no percentage of
  session revenue.
- A $25 per charger plan-switch fee applies when moving from PAYG to ANNUAL. It is waived once
  per account per calendar year, and the annual term starts on the switch date. This is described in the
  platform terms.
- Reseller commercial arrangements are private between the reseller and the site owner and are
  not published by EVM8.
